Returns


As each Scenterra bottle is carefully packed and crafted using natural terracotta clay, we currently do not offer returns for reasons related to personal preference or change of mind.

Please review product details carefully before placing your order.

 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders


If your order arrives damaged during transit or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

 

  • Your order number
  • Clear images of the product
  • Images of the outer packaging

Eligible cases will be reviewed for replacement support.

 


Replacement Eligibility


Replacement requests are applicable only for:

Products damaged during delivery

Incorrect items received

 

Requests submitted beyond 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for support.

 


Refunds


Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after review and confirmation.


For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or UPI after verification.


 


Natural Material Disclaimer


As terracotta is a natural handcrafted material, slight variations in texture, tone, and finish are considered part of the product’s character and not manufacturing defects.
